Superb food quality. Simple decor. Staff have good attitude. Good spin to conventional bubble tea.
Ben Gong’s Tea is a breath of fresh air in the Vancouver Bubble Tea scene. They use fresh milk that you can taste. The pearls are sturdy and thoroughly cooked. I particularly enjoy their tea cubes, which are explosions of tea flavoured jelly.

Good flavour. Refreshing tea. Bookstore-like atmosphere. mediocre, but acceptable service. Long wait.
Hanlin Tea House was said to be the first to start serving bubble tea in Taiwan. It was a big deal when they opened their franchise in Richmond. They do not have a lot of variety, but most items have very high quality. You can even get multi-tiered plates for high-tea alternative in Hanlin Tea House.
Xing Fu Tang was the first bubble tea place to start serving brown sugar pearls drinks in Vancouver. The drinks are a bit on the rich side, but the combination of high fat content milk and boiled down brown sugar makes them a leader of brown sugar pearls dessert in Vancouver.

Refreshing drinks. Fast service. Cheapest bubble tea you can get.
Conveniently located within Richmond Public Market, Peanut’s Bubble Tea is not only the cheapest bubble tea on our best bubble tea list, but also the most affordable tasty bubble tea you can get within Greater Vancouver. The pearls are a bit on the soft side, but still chewy.
4 Stars Review $6.20/Drink
Good tea quality you can taste. Small interior space. Crushed ice make the drinks more refreshing.
Comebuy Bubble Tea use tea leaf from different regions of Taiwan. This is a good place to try if you are tired of the generic green tea. A blender was used to crush the ice which make them very refreshing. Their bubbles are chewy, but not tough. There is almost a sensation of crunchiness to their pearls.
